About Us


Our studio is based in London where we warmly welcome customers (by appointment). We are a couple who are passionately creative and we both have Graphic Design BA Honours degrees.

We love the privilege of being a part of couple’s special day.  We want your day to be unforgetable and welcome the opportunity to be part of this.

We welcome any new design requests, either big or small and we don't charge a design fee!

Customers who order a sample from us will be refunded the sample cost once an order is made.

 We welcome any design alterations to suit a particular budget.

We use only the highest quality UK produced card stock and do not outsource any of our orders. We personally custom make all elements of stationery.

Our Terms and conditions

We accept orders on the basis on that our terms and conditions are agreed: 

  • All our stationary is handmade and so there may be a slight variation from product to product.  This is not deemed as a fault
  • We finish all our stationary to a high standard and we advise that when there is delicate accessories on your order they should be handled with care by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for checking the wording on proofs and once confirmed we cannot take responsibility for mistakes. We will, however, work with the customer to resolve any issues
  • When hot foiling is used the customer must be aware that at times there may be slight imperfections
  • If customers request a change to the proofs once production has begun then there will be charge to cover the cost of items that have already been made
  • Each order is handmade to order and we do not offer refunds on unwanted products.  In the unlikely event that your products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition due to our error, we will be more than happy to exchange the effected products on receipt of these goods. Any faulty products must be returned in the same manner that they are sent to the customer
  • Please note we hand make every item and as such there may be some differences from the pictures on our website, a proof is always sent out to ensure satisfaction
  • We reserve the right to amend prices on our website and to adapt designs. Once your order deposit has been received we will adhere to the price agreed
  • Delivery dates are agreed with the customer at the time of placing the order
  • We respect our customers’ privacy and would therefore not discuss your order with a third party.

Payment

50% deposit to be paid prior to commencement of order.          

Final payment should be made when we have notified you of completion of each part of your order.  For example invitations to be paid prior to dispatch. 

Table Plans and Frame Hire

A  final guest list is expected to be sent to us at least 8-14 days before completion of the table plan

Cost of hiring table plan frames is agreed when your order is placed and a refundable deposit of a minimum of £30 must be paid. It is the customers’ responsibility to collect the completed table plan. The frame must returned within 7 days of your event.  The frame must be returned in the condition supplied and we reserve the right to charge for any damage. 

All other terms of equipment hire to be agreed at time of order.

Please be aware that due to small parts, many of our designs are not suitable for small children and are not a toy.
